Good staff - we xhanged 3x times room during our stay - they managged it until we were satisfied - otherwise nice environment but ebverything looks "cheap" - free car parking during the weekend though!!!
The proximity to the Brussels North station makes this a good choice. I was very pleased with the staff, especially at breakfast.
Business district hotel, nice breakfast, rooms are sufficient to sleep, bathroom quality was a bit of a let down. Room was at end of hall, near a rubbish skip, so ear plugs were needed.
If you stay here at the weekend because it is cheap for a 4 star then be warned that most of the facilities close or are on early closing at the weekend. Also if you intend to visit the grand place etc. again be warned that it is a long walk from this hotel. The area out the back of the hotel is dangerous and is very close to the red light district around gard de north station....but even to get to there you must walk through a place that is ok by day but threatening by night. This is a good hotel if you want a place to lay your head for the night but as a 4star ? Not at the weekend it isnt.Parking is 20 euro per day.Breakfast 15 euro. Not a cheap package afterall.
Great hotel with excellent service and a terrific hotel bar. The only things I'd put my finger on is that some of the staff were very poor at speaking english, and that there was no air conditioning in the rooms (it was unusually hot wheb we were there, so I guess it's not usually a problem). The location is excellent as well, with just around 10-15 minutes of walking to get to the center of the city.
This is a new hotel with very friendly staff and a perfect location for a visit to the centre of Brussels. Everything is good about the place I recommend that you use it for your stay.
The hotel is very well laid out, the bar restaurant is really good, excellent low cost menu, and good beers and wines. Service is always friendly and just right. My only disapointment is that after paying for an executive room, I had to pay €5 to use the business internet room to print off 1 page. Otherwise I would certainly recommend this hotel.
Very formal, typical "business trip" hotel.
Nice renovated Hotel, but far away from anywhere. Breakfast expensive and only average.
Rooms rather standard, bathroom worn. A bit surprised of the 4-star rating. At check-out they insistently tried to double-charge prepaid breakfast.
Executive rooms are spacious, menu in bar area very good, not priciy and well presented. Service excellent. Location a bit out of town, but worth it.
A lovely hotel, with great service, but in the middle of nowhere.
Hotel a little of the track, but once we found it it wasnt to far a walk from public transport around 10 to 15 min, great bar, good service, staff very helpfull, great size room, but a little pricey to use the spa
unfortunatelly we heard a lot of noise from the corridor and the room next to us. Plus we smelt smoke from either the aircondition or the room next to us. there was funghi in the bathroom... otherwise we liked it. the distance to the center to walk is little further.
The Hotel Staff and facilities were good, but the Check in and Check out in particular was very time consuming, with only one or 2 people on the front desk at peek times. The consierge should be looking after questions on directions & Taxies.
Very pleasant hotel, good food and where the staff are very helpfull.
Value for money Everything about hotel was excellent. Far beyond my expectations I travel a lot & this has been one of the best in a long time.
Very nice and free parking outside. Only 10 mins walk from downtown and 5 min to the metro.
we paid 70 euros for a room worth 220, I would certainly not have paid in normal time those 220 euros, but for 70 it was quite a decent room, clean and confortable. The only thing is we booked quite late on the day of our arrival and the receptionnist obviously was not expecting us! he first tried to turn us up pretending we had paid for a twin and not a double (even though it was clearly indicated on the voucher it was for one or the other type), maybe he wanted to charge us a supplement!Nothing big anyway. A decent place, though a bit far to fully enjoy the animation of the city center.
a tax not mentioned while reserving cost us 15 euro for a 3 night stay. the loud housekeepers changed only the pillowcases on the 2nd day!!! room was spacious and bright
