nice staff. Lame that they still charge for Internet. Gym was same pretty much as 14 years ago, as were the rooms. Location next to Corte Ingles was best thing. Don't think I'd stay again but it was not bad, just not good enough and needing updates.
Very good hotel, extremely spacious bedrooms. Good value for money. The buffet breakfast included is fantastic, you can really fill your boots! Cold and hot breakfast lots to choose from, you literally just help yourself. The advertisement says there is an outdoor pool, but there isn't, there is only an indoor pool. Appart from that good hotel and good location

Staff was very service orientated and helpful. I can really recommend this hotel. A big supermarket is located near by.
This was our last hotel as we left Spain, and it was lovely in every way! The staff could not have been more helpful, it was beautifully decorated, and they gave us all we asked for and more. We had to leave for the airport by 4:00 a.m., and they remembered to call us for wake-up! A great hotel.

Very good location with Corte Inglais and subway adjacent to the hotel. The room was very spacious. The bed was a bit harder than we usually prefer, but sleepable. Extraordinary Gym facilities. Overall we were very satisfied with our 6 night stay.
Very first class hotel in service, facilities, and value. I loved the pleasant and convenient location, and the rooms are better than some of the luxury-priced 5 star hotels. I would highly recommend the Husa Princesa Hotel Madrid, and plan to stay only there on my next visits to Madrid.
