Tiny bathroom only for one slim guy!

Location is not so close to the Victoria station as I imagined by map. Room was clean and enough service. Breakfast was enough ... English.

Very nice budget hotel,small but clean room,great breakfast,friendly staff,perfect location I recommend this hotel to everyone on budget

This hotel is very low budget with very smalll room however clean and friendly and breakfast is great

This was a fair price for a good location on new year's eve. The room was very cold after the heating went off and the breakfast was average although the scrambled egg was very overcooked. We got what we paid for.

Apart from the really tiny bathroom the place was good. Very central to many sights of interests. Room tiny for 3 people but ok. Reception helpful. Internet available at £1 for 30 mins. Breakfast was good too but the same each day. enough variety though.

The braakfeast was not what I expected. I do not think that it schould do the diffrence between 2 and 3 star. The hotels bath is small, and the telly are small, and do not show more than 5 channels. It is werry easy to hear what is happening in the other rooms. - A bad 3-star hotel. A good 2-star hotel.

Good location for victoria station, only stayed one night,stayed in large family room on ground floor, good choice at buffet breakfast.

This was a pleasant experience!!!! Huttons is the best low budget hotel I have ever stayed in in London:-) No carpets, only wooden floors - friendly staff - clean - nice restaurants and bars in the neigbourhood - buss to Victoria/Camden/Hampstead Heath right outside and lovely breakfast. I definetly recomend this hotel!!!!!

The rooms are small but adequate for the good location. The breakfast is awful.

Room is clean, though the toilet is very small, difficult to move around in such a small cubicle. we had a triple room at its basement.

The hotel was clean and friendly. Rooms were clean and tidy. The breakfast was self service, help yourself to tea/coffee/juice/ toast/cerial/sausages/egg/beans. The only drawback was the size of the toilet/shower cubicle - Although it suited us for the 1 night, it was very small, and as if someone had removed a cubicle from a small caravan and fitted it within the room. I could imagine a larger person having difficulties moving around in there!

Friendly staff and good breakfast but room too small.

The room was small, but I liked it: clean, everything worked. Bathroom was small and sometimes had bad smell from pipes, once I had a problem with bathroom door lock, but managed to get out easily though. Breakfast standart, but with some choice, I liked it. Overall the place was good deal: reasonable price and very good location.

The room and the bathroom was very small, but clean. The location is very good, because there is the bus stop at the hotel, therefore easy to reach to the best places of the city. The tube( Victoria or Pimlico) is a walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpfull.

good price for location beside victoria station. rooms are tiny but functional and breakfast is not appetising. this hotel competes with twenty others the same on the same road.
