"Although the first room we spent the first night in( on the un-refurbished 3rd floor) left a lot to be desired,( curtain falling off, tap over bath falling off, stains on headboard and the stench of cigarette smoke coming through the vents every 20 minutes or so, ) our stay was made memorable by the very helpful staff in moving us up to the 9th floor. This floor was fully refurbished,you could still smell the new paint, with a great view of the harbour and a nice big flat screen to watch the rugby, it made our stay." - murray anderson

Go along Symonds Street past the university.
Turn left onto Waterloo Quadrant.
