Getting there:The resort is located 110km north of Brisbane. Resort transfer services from both the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane airports are available on prior arrangement. Follow our easy directions from Brisbane Airport and arrive at Hyatt Regency Coolum in approximately 90 minutes from time of departure. From Brisbane Airport follow Airport Drive towards the city, exiting to Sunshine Coast/Nambour. Follow this arterial road until the Sunshine Coast/Nambour exit onto the Bruce Highway (Hwy 1). Follow the Bruce Highway for approximately one hour until the Coolum Beach/Yandina turnoff. You are now on the Coolum/Yandina Road. Follow the Coolum signs to the T-intersection at Coolum Beach. Turn right with traffic lights, onto the David Low Way. Continue for approximately five minutes, until you reach Warran Road on the right. The entrance to Hyatt Regency Coolum is on Warran Road, 150 metres along on the left.

Car parking:Valet parking $10 per day. We can valet park your car during your stay (and we collect it for you every time you need it) or you may choose to park your car yourself in our complimentary visitor car park.

It is alsolutely fantastic! The room is very clean, tidy and the service is excellent! the got a free apple at the reception and spa centre. Shuttle bus every 10 mins. good views!
This 'oasis' is a prefect place to rest and relax. Privacy is assured with the rooms being strategically placed so that living rooms are near common walls. We wished we had several more days so that we could enjoy more of the extensive facilities offered.

Ambassador Villas are luxury duplex style accommodation with split level dining and entertaining areas and a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Two King bedrooms each feature a private dressing room and an ensuite bathroom with spa bath and separate shower. The Ambassador Club is an exclusive resort area featuring 18 luxury villas and six superbly appointed Residences. External central services and facilities include the Ambassadors Club Lounge with Guest Concierge, heated swimming pool and two flood-lit tennis courts. Included in your stay is a continental breakfast and a pre-dinner wine buffet, served exclusively in the Club Lounge.
This resort offers excelllent facilities in beautiful natural surroundings, plus great service from friendly and knowledgable staff. Well done Hyatt. NB. re "Location" rating - this obviously depends on where you want to be. Hyatt Coolum location was "Very Good" for us.
Beautiful hotel, lovely settings plenty of things to do, everything is poroveded, you don't even need to go out to eat as there are several restaurants in the village square. Can't wait til our next visit. Would rate it 10/10
This is an exceptional place to stay. The staff training outstanding, each and every member delightful and so helpful, The food was faultless, and having been in the business we know excellence when we come across it! A memorable place and truly five star in every respect, it will now become our favourite destination
Our stay at the Hyatt Regency Coolum was very peaceful and relaxing. The resort is maintained to a very high standard and the spa facilities are worth raving about. The food and staff attention at Eliza's Restaurant is noteworthy.

Special mention to the Duty Manager; Paul. He was fantastic in assisting my partner and I with all our needs, and followed up as promised. The Hyatt is the premier for Hotels in QLD, and will have no hesitations staying there, again and again.
Excellent service (almost American in terms of service level) and good facilities. It is a beautiful location and it does seem that they are re-furbishing to keep up with standards. I would choose to stay here again definitely.

This is without a doubt the best resort I've ever stayed at. The property is extremely beautiful, the restaurants have excellent food and service and the staff get it "just right" to make your stay an enjoyable one. Thoroughly recommended, we'll be returning soon.
