Hyatt Regency Hong Kong Sha Tin Hotel

OK at all, only the location far from the city, but shuttle bus help us to reach the city. Must add the frequent or add the bus, so will be enough if many people want to ride it.

Definately I will stay at Shatin again next time

We booked for 2 nights stay. It was really a great stay. Though the location was a bit out of the way, they provide 2 way shuttle bus to Tsim Tsa Tsui (1st come 1st serve basis). On top of it, University MTR station is just next to it, which can connect to lots of place. To go to Mongkok, we can conveniently stop at Mongkok East Station (no transfer of train). Service is good, room is very clean & bigger than those in town. After a tiring day of walking due to much shopping, it really nice to stay here & rest in such a quite place (note that you wont see lots of vehicle passing or people as there is no shopping there). We also tried the lunch buffet in their international cafe. It was reasonable price with good variety of food esp. dessert. We will definitely come back here again. Keep it up.

Decent Hotel, very clean and right next door to the university MRT which is only 30 mins from central. Service is great, but no real choice for non hotel food etc directly outside of hotel ... need to travel a little bit. Worth the extra travel for the quality of service and balancwe of price.

The shutle to the city is great but for customer with limited time to check for the city is very long way to the center but the ospitality and flexbility is great Maany thanks to Rushid to door boy very friendly and great suggestion

Excellent. I booked a mountain-view room and turned out to have been allocated with a sea-view room. Room was very clean, and huge. Nice facilities in the room too. The hotel itself is very new and tidy in general. Although I did not utilize the gymnasium, I had a glance at it and the machinery was of very good condition, and nice branding too. Definitely worthwhile to stay.

Location close to Railway station that can inchange to Mass Transit Railway to all over HK & Kowloon area, very convenience! Seaview room was very nice and comfortable. Surely will make reservation of this hotel again!

Very clean and excellent hotel.

Great Hotel but waayyyy out of the way. Cab to Hong Kong will cost you HK$250 each way. If you only visit/work in the New Territories than this hotel will be fine. If you like to di the touristy stuff than that is the wrong place. However, the place is clean and well run.

The stay at Hyatt Regency Hong Kong Sha Tin Hotel was excellent. The staff was very professional and very helpful. The room was well kept and facilities were excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. I will surely book in the same hotel again when I visit HK.

Calm, Clean and Comfortable. The price is not high. Room is big for Hong Kong Hotel. Locate in the suburbs and just next to the MTR station. Easy to access to city/downtown. Good choice for taking a good rest. the only disadv is: Pillow and mattress are too soft that i can't sleep well.

VERY nice rooms and facilities, brandnew hotel and absolute bargain because far away from the center, no fancy eateries, shops round the corner. BUT near the mountains, great for hiking. KCR station just outside the hotel. I got a footmassage at the SPA, I can highly recommend. Just one downside: internet not free, and breakfast may be expensive, I didn't have that at the hotel.
