"when we arrived we were told that they had double booked and that there was a hotel room in the Radnor Hotel along the road,we were not impressed after paying the full amount on booking. The hotel room was on the top floor no lift. Unable to turn off the radiator which was red hot. The following morning we were then put into a different suite across the road from Hyde Park Suites which was very nice and clean. I was very disappointed after booking previous rooms with Hotel Club and having no problems." - Anonymous
