I loved the location of this hotel. It is in a very cute area of the city. I don't know if my room was cleaned very much and there were some minor damages. Overall it was a pretty good experience.
Clean, comfortable room with kitchen and microwave facilties. However, no cleaning done to the room and no soap/shampoo provided.

very nice apartment with a lot of errors to like the paint, the walls and stuff if you have a closer look but great place
Clean small basic rooms in large house in bayswater london Good location 2 min walk to the underground good facilities on the high street again only 2 min walk. Bad bits 62 stairs to the room, no instructions for tv etc no onsite information attractions etc. Everything managed remotely. No room service for three days so the towels have to to be reused. If you run out out of soap etc there is no service. On the whole not a bad place basic clean warm in a very central location with easy access to central London at a fairly reasonable price
Excellent location, nice street and surrounding. Very small room as well as from outside, windows and doors are pretty old and doesn't fix well. No cleabut good equipped, poor noisy isolation so one can heard the sounds from neighboring rooms ning of the room for 5 days, just new towels on the third day. Awful view from the window and balcony to the backyard.
Not a full-service hotel, but Suites. Too many stairs for anyone older or handicapped and no real air. Window had to be propped open and I even had to go ask for toilet paper as housekeeping forgot to put any in the room initially. Internet worked well from my room, but other guests were complaining it didn't work from theirs. Probably a decent place to stay for a few days if you are young and want a good location.
Rather small, but functional, quiet and clean. As always in London the accomodation doesn't have a good relation between value and money. Bad smelling bath rooms and doors difficult to open. Otherwise the flat was quite complete and does provide the things and service you need for one week in London.
Very much a student room and equally well used! Facilities were good and the location is very convenient for tubes, buses and lots of local restaurants and shopping. The staff were friendly and helpful but some of the electrics were dodgy/dangerous and there is no maintainance at weekends.........
Bon accueil, bon emplacement, bien aménagé, tout est neuf, mais l'aaspirateur n'avait pas été passé avant notre arrivée et c'est dommage.
