"BAD : The location is actually 4K from Batu Feringgi, busy dangerous road - no footpath. Hotel bar price £4.60 ( 23 RM ) for small 330ml bottle of beer, restaurant prices also much higher than normal price, Bar and restaurant almost empty at night. Not many bar/restaurants nearby. Beach nearby is quite small. Complimentary shuttle minibus to George town refused to take us with bags even when booked and empty. Will never stay there again.

"Great hotel, modern, clean, friendly and attentive staff. the hotel is a 5 or so minute drive from the main beach/shops/restaurants which can be annoying however a shuttle goes there in the afternoon. definitely recommend this hotel." - Jonathan Kennedy
