i got there realy late at night ,staff was very professionel and very friendly. once you start to know where the hotel is situated then trust me you are very close to everything .you have the metro near by ,the skytrain train is near by .this was my first trip to bangkok ,it wont be my last and yes i will definatly go back to i residence hotel .but again once you get there find out where you actually are and you will see that everything is very close by.that hotel has a great location ,rfoom were clean ,friendly staff ,all together great
THe hotel furniture and amenities are dated. It needs some updates. The location is not bad, but is not perfect. No many good restaurants around the area.

This hotel is excellent value and provides the basics of most anything you would need. Rooms are very nice and very clean with the odd sign of wear but hey! You cant complain for the price. Public internet is provided free, regular tut tut service to Sala Deng, good basic breakfast, informative staff, etc. Standard rooms look onto an adjacent building wall but superior and above vary from good to great views and are extremely spacious. Located a bit of a way off the BTS and hot spots but this has its advantages. Building project adjacent but noise didnt really penetrate for me. Highly recommended if on a budget but wanting a level of quality.
I stayed for 4 nights at junior suit and overall experience was good. Staffs are polite. Breakfast was simple and nice. Free tuk tuk service from hotel to BTS but limited timing. The aircond is noisy. Hot water considered as malfunction as the water temperature doesnt stay. unable to solve for a known issue which told by staff.
A very clean hotel. Enjoyed nice breakfast. Hotel is located in center of Bangkog. But it's necessary to use Tuktuk paying our own for returning the hotel.
Very nice boutique hotel. We stayed 2 nights. Rooms excellent,clean and good service. Only one lift, so when busy with guests and room staff, you may have to wait awhile. Free tuk tuk to BTS and MRT stations,also taxi service(pay) out side hotel. Local shops and food outlets a few minutes walk. Breakfast was a poor selection,but it was free/complementary. Will go back for sure.

Staff are very nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet wasn't bad, a slight change of menu was really good. As I stayed for 9 days, I've received free complimentary wireless net. That was a suprise. Shopping was located every where you go, taxi fares are also really cheap to get to places. Gym facility was not much of use, cause we were too tired from all that walking. Room size was big enough for two. Everything is new and clean within the room. Microwave was really handy also. The only dissapointing thing is that they don't have an indoor swimming pool where u could just relax. Otherwise, great hotel. I would definitely come back.
Nice and cosy, with microwave for heating food. Free tuk-tuk service to neighboring subway and skytrain stations. Soundproofing could be improved. Overall, good experience.

Great value for money in a deluxe room with breakfast. Every request had a result from professional staff who appeared committed to providing outcomes in an often surprising Thai way. In a quiet sidestreet an interesting walkable distance to both train lines but hotel free tut tut saves the walk if required. Room comfortable with all the basics and good selection of English cable plus 1 German and 1 French. Breakfast was excellent and room service thai meals superb if u can take chilli. Didnt try western meals. Internet free on the 9th floor. Highly recommended if your staying more than 1 day.
complimentary tuk-tuk out of service during my 4 days stay. no replacement of mode of transport travelling to the nearby skytrain. inconvenience travelling to town for shopping.
Very close to city and MRT station is short walk from Hotel. Hotel is clean and staff are wonderful and helpful. Recommended to others.

We found the hotel to be one of the best values ever. Good location, friendly staff at front desk and house-keeping, clean and very quiet location. Easy walk to BTS if you aren't lazy, but they have a free shuttle if you are. I recommend walking to Chong Nonsi instead of Silom since it is less cluttered and cleaner if you are just looking to get on the train. The breakfast is very good and the staff is very efficient but not at all friendly, although not unfriendly either. This is one of the best finds in Bangkok and I've been there lots of times. It is no longer Premier Residence, but has been taken over by the "I Residence" chain.

The room is small but comfortable and fully equipped. The local food can be easily found within a few minute walk form the hotel.
