"Prepaid 4 nights in Harbour View Room but was checked into Pyrmont Room (Wouldn't even consider staying in these rooms). Went back down to reception & was then checked into Harbour View Room with some hesitation from the receptionist. Luckily we had a copy of the booking confirmation. Rooms are very very small. Bathroom too small to dress in. All very clean. Maids were excellent & made our room up straight away upon request. Handy to monorail, lightrail & many eateries. We were out most of the time & the room was just somewhere to sleep. If we had to spend more time in the room it would have been problematic, maily due to the size. TV mounted on angle that couldn't be adjusted or watched properly. No comforts. No pool, no gym, no tourist booking area. Did have a private section off the foyer for internet use. A very basic room for a very reasonable price. Ideal for singles. Bit small for couples. Would stay there again for a shopping trip but not for a romantic getaway." - Fleur & Anton Bullen
"Lovely place for one night. Rather expensive for the size of the room which was tiny. Clean apart from paint on the door handles!! Bed was comfortable and the staff were good when they paid attention to the customers waiting in line.. Overall a good place but I wouldn't go back." - Anonymous
"Whilst not the best hotel on Darling Harbour it was fine for 2 nights stop to get over long flight before moving on. Easy access to Darling Harbourside, trams, monorail and ferries to Central Pier which give great views as you pass under the Harbour Bridge. Room had harbour view which was excellent. Would recommend this hotel if your budget is moderate. " - Stephen Thompson
"The room and bath room was very small for the price we paid and breakfast was not included in the price.
The staff was very freindly and helpfull." - Gert Bjerring
