Hotel Ibis is ideally situated for easy access to darling harbour, shops, Hyde park. The discount parking of $35 per day is a must if you are driving as it's double the rate in similar locations. The car park entrance is underground opposite the hotel in Pitt street. Our breakfasts were great value for money and the staff really friendly and helpfu. Will stay again. Richard & Elaine, Canberra
chose location to be near train and downtown, was great for this. bed was very comfortable, room very small for two with luggage, only one chair and a poor one at that and poor lighting to read. price was great for this location.
Standard room with queen-size bed or 2 single beds (on request). Maximum occupancy 2 people.
Standard room with queen-size bed or 2 single beds (on request). Maximum occupancy 2 people. (No Changes, No Refunds)

Comfortable room, very quite for a hotel in the city. Recommend
We (two adults and grandson) stayed at the Ibis passing through Sydney on holidays. On the first day, my wife left her handbag in the cab. The Lobby staff were very concerned, and checked cctv, rang around, and helped calm my wife, excellent! On way back, we were upgraded, much appreciated after a quick holiday in the Centre. Ample choice of eating out nearby, from food courts to specialist restaurants
Very helpful staff. I arrived early at 10am but was able to access my room straight away. They kindly alocated me floor 14 which kept me away from the noise of the club beside the hotel. The club was very loud but all was quiet and comfortable in my room. Close to China Town and the brilliant Spanish Club which does a fabulous dinner.
Hotel Ibis is in a great location, and the staff very helpful. However, we had trouble with the airconditioning/ heating, and there were no instructions in the room. breakfast was excellent.
Good value for $$. Great location if you want to be in the city.
Very handy to all city has to offer. On arrival card would not open door, down to reception with bags for new card then was wrong type of room. Back to reception for correct room and cards. Pulling bags all the time. Finally in correct room all good.
It is a budget accomodation with a 4 star pricing. Location is good being in the city near to Central station, Mono rail and World square with many good and reasonably priced restaurants. We requested for the highest floor having read the reviews from others on Trip Advisor, the hotel having noisy night club next door. This request was honoured and we appreciate that highly.
arrived early off flight, and our room was available. lady in reception in morning was very pleasant. Not so the lady that was on later in the day. asked if she was able to book us a taxi for the following morning, but was told no. just come down to the lobby, and go into the street and hail one ourselves." Well thank you" room was small but as we were only there one night it didn't really matter.
great location in the nice part of sydney. Rooms are good size and it has all faculties you need
Excellent location, close to Railway & Buses, Theatre & Pubs ,the room was small but considering it was only used to sleep in it was more than adequate, bargain Breakfast at $12.50, will be willing to stay there again.
Bathroom and room were both pretty small but for the price was very nice. Our toilet leaked let the front desk know and maintenance was no longer there so was fixed the next day. Could not knock location a short walk to all public transaport we wanted. Breakfast was amazing. Very nice and highly reccomended.
We choose the IBIS for price and location when we went to Sydney to see a concert at Olympic Park. Location was excellent as it's close to the railway station and close to lots of shopping in town. Dissapointed with the size of the bathroom - quite pokey and the room was on the small side. However, the bed was new and very comfortable. There was no waiting at the reception and the elevators were quick and reliable.
Good location with clean and tidy rooms.
Excellent location if you are sightseeing around Sydney. Small room but if you are there to enjoy the sights, entertainment and food of sydney you are purely there to sleep. The bed is comfy.
The hotel is centrally located, clean and of good value. they could do with a mirror in the bedroom though, as the bathroom is very very small and does not fit two people when trying to get ready for dinner.
great location
An enjoyable stay with efficient booking in. Room was very small but sufficient; shower spray too fine as well as too wide.
Great location. Very friendly staff, always had a smile and were always very helpful. We stayed for 4 nights and had a great time. We thought the room was a bit small, not much room for luggage. Breakfast is brilliant, great variety.
