"Good location for access to the city & tourist spots. V near china town. Some adult shops around the area but never a problem & always busy, day or night. Seemed expensive for a basic hotel but I guess it is city centre. Rates went up dramatically when I enquired about staying on. I should have moved rooms on arrival, I was staying for 2 weeks & my room looked out onto an alleyway / concrete wall. After that long not being able to see the sky drove me crazy. Lower floors could be noisy @ w/end due to next door disco. Housekeeping brilliant & friendly as was Duty Manager. Did have a 'cockroach experience' but figure you could have this anywhere!!" - Anonymous


"i stayed for 4 days and it was quite alot of money i paid $1200 and my room was really small. thankgod for the aircon it was on 24-7 or i would have died in the room cos no windows could be opened. the location is number 1 is was really good and its central to train stations.also when i arrived the rooms were clean but when u started to move things u could see rubbish from other guests under bed and tables." - natalie alush


"We went to see Wicked at the Capitol Theatre so the location was perfect for what we wanted. However the hotel is very basic and the room was small even though we had a family room. Breakfast was ok. Would only recommend if you need to be in that part of the city. " - Anonymous


"Management needs to invest in sound proof measures as the hotel is in proximity to nightclub(s) making sleep impossible (from about midnight to 3am). Music noise from the venue(s) was ridiculous. Would not stay there again." - Anonymous
