Ibis Jakarta Arcadia Hotel

I like to stay here. Good hotel in the central area of Jakarta. Ideal for first time traveller to this area. Hotel staff are always friendly and have good english skills. Room service is good as is the quality of food. Rooms are always clean and comfortable although basic. Short walking distance (10mins) to 2 shopping malls. Lots of places for eating very close to the hotel. A short taxi ride will get you to many of the sites to see around central Jakarta, or to the train station.

Perhaps it's Jakarta, anywhere you stay you can't escape from the heavy traffic jam. But if your business calls you from Central city area, this hotel's location will make it worse. Breakfast is simple, you could expect more as the price is not at all cheap. Check your bearings before you book any hotel, and Ibis group may not be similar, but price is!

I like to stay here, this was my 4th visit, I think it is best Ibis hotel in Jakarta. Staff speak good english and are very helpfull for any request. Free internet in rooms works well. Resto food and room service is very good. Circle K is close by for other needs. It is not the best area street wise to stay it is very dirty area, but with taxi at the door 24/7 you dont have to worry. Close to 2 shopping malls and western food outlets. Location is close to central area so is easy to find shopping malls to spend serious money. It takes about 45mins from airport depending on traffic and a car and driver are available. I will return again.

Once again I have totally enjoyed my stay here, this place for me is best value for money. Close to everything I need, friendly staff, good food and service and good pricing. Yes it is not the best area to walk the streets alone at night, but just remember where you are and a taxi is always at the door. A very short trip to the business centre of Jakarta. I will always stay here when I visit Jakarta. Definatly one of the best value for money Ibis hotels in Indonesia. I recomend to all my friends.

Not a bad hotel but make sure you get a room on the upper floor as they seem to be the ones which are reurbished. Also, try not to get a room facing the main road as it is very noisy. All in all a good and reliable budget hotel.

Great location, nearly all taxi rides to local sites were under 20,000 rupiahs. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was clean, quiet, safe and airconditioned. Food was safe, interesting but a bit bland. All in all great value and I would stay again.

bathrooms should have movable shower and not fixed shower. the water pressure was rather low. should increase the water pressure so that there is more water for shower.the blankets were rather dusty and the rooms were rather dusty too. its not suitable for people with sinus problems.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Perfectly clean and safe hotel. Staff is extremely helpfull. Perfect hotel for bussiness and leisure
