Il Cuore Namba Hotel Osaka

I have stayed at this hotel before and I find the staff extremely courteous and helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Totally recommend for business people who would like to stay in Numba area! Easy to access subway and airport express. Room is small but look nice and clean. Staff doesn't help much since they cannot speak English well.

Perfect location, right in the middle of namba! Clean and modern facilities. Free internet access at lobby for hotel guests. Would definitely stay here again!! To get to the hotel, there is an express train availale from Kansai Airport which will take you to Namba station, take either Exit 5/ Exit 6(can't remember which one!) and the hotel is a matter of metres away by a parking lot.

Very convenient for Nankai railway from Kansai airport and for metro and Kitensu lines. Modern, clean, good sized rooms with opening windows and a/c that works.

The room is small but neat and tidy. It is quite difficult to find the hotel when we reached there on the 1st day. However, once you found it, you will be surprised that it is very accessible to the subways. We had a very good stay in this hotel. Will definitely come back again!!

Rooms were small as expected in Japan, was clean and since we needed to use the rooms to sleep it was ideal. Next to good shopping areas. The only negative is that once we stepped out of the room it stunk of smoke, the room was fine though.

Good hotel, 5-10 mins walk from JR Namba train station. Non-smoking room smelled a little bit smokey but otherwise clean, decent sized rooms (for Japan), friendly service and good facilities. Free internet access in lobby. 10 or so mins walk from a busy entertainment district. Easy access to other parts of Osaka via subway and JR loop train line. Take a map or you may not find it!

This hotel is a modern-style hotel with free coffee and Internet service at the lobby. It is just a few steps from the Namba MTR station so going around the city is easy. One drawback is that free ciffee is not served between 7am and 10am when it is exactly the time I need coffee the most.

Modern stylish hotel in excellent location close to Namba Station on the direct line from Kansai Airport. Good sized rooms with full facilities. Will stay there again.

It was so nice to stay in this hotel. Good services and location. The room was cleanliness. we can access internet for free. Fantastic!!! I'll stay again if trip to Osaka.

Very good location for clubbing/shopping. Room is small but we did stay in smaller rooms in other Japanese cities.

The hotel is situated right in the heart of the Namba area, major transport (Kintetsu, JR & Subway), food and shopping hub. Easy walk to Dotombori. Hotel is located nearby subway exits 5 & 6 a block behind the Takashimaya department store & the Parks shopping centre. Nice clean modern style hotel. The staff are friendly and very helpful and generally can speak english. Will most definately visit again in the future.

Close to Namba subway station, good Japanese/limited western breakfast at cost in dining room. Plenty of cheap restaurants in the area. Free use of internet in business lounge. Very clean and tidy hotel. good value for money.

Beautifully maintained and extremely clean newer hotel with helpful staff that speak some English. Buffet breakfast, both western and Japanese, is all you can eat and very tasty.

room was a bit hot and a/c difficult to adjust. wasn't any help carrying bags etc from front desk and request for non-smoking room at time of booking was ignored and unavailable on arrival, although the room itself did not smell of smoke, just the corridor. english level of staff low and not particularly helpful. but that said the hotel is very new and clean, location great and the price reasonable so i would probably stay here again. size of room good for this type of hotel.

Very clean and quite large rooms for Japan standards. Location is not too bad either.

The hotel is located in a lively area of osaka. There are plenty of places to eat and drink. The hotel is only a short walk from subway station. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside is that rooms are very small

For late arrivals by air in Osaka, this hotel is in an excellent location. The hotel name is visible as you arrive at Namba Nankai station via Rapi-t train 30minutes from Kansai Airport. It is literally minutes walk to the hotel where a team of friendly staff greeted me on the two occasions I arrived during my stay in Japan. There is a convenience store doors from the hotel where a variety of foods can be purchased.

we booked a non smoking semi double and we were in a smoking room. Make sure when u book u check. Other then that great price fantastic location. Staff can't speak much English.
