It was the best hotel accommodation we had during our current 10 days trip. Excellent location in the middle of lovely Lucca, big room, helpful staff, good breakfast and other services (which we couldn't find and missed in other hotels later on this trip) - such as free coffee / tea, car parking, refreshment bar, free wifi, computer and bicycles for guest uses
A super, up-market little hotel with character in an excellent location within the old town, providing an excellent breakfast and complimentary free all day buffet serving coffee, cold drinks, pastries etc. Very pleasant and helpful staff who took time to provcide information on the area and timetables for local public transport. Would stay again and recommend without hesitation.
We had a beautiful suite in this lovely hotel, situated in a very central location of Lucca. The complimentary self service cafiteria is a nice complimentary service the hotel offers. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
An excellent little hotel situated right in the centre of the walled city of Lucca. The building and facilities are all brand new. Parking is on site and FREE. The staff are efficient, helpful and friendly. We were very impressed particularly by the buffet and FREE wet bar which is stocked throughout the day in the lobby. Breakfast buffet was comprehensive and is served on the terrace and was the first hotel in Italy we found serving hot English style breakfast scrambled eggs, bacon & sausage. One small thing that we had never seen before was fragrance added to the A/C in the public areas which made the whole hotel smell delightful. This was not in the bedrooms. My only slight complaint was that the Wifi did not work properly, however the staff allowed me to use the Consierge PC to book my flights.

Book in Room stated Breakfast Served Until 11am. When we went to room for breakfast at 10:30 we were told we were too late. When we enquired at desk at check out, standard response, SORRY, MY ENGLISH IS NOT GOOD. Not impressed. Would not recommend.
Great place to stay; we stayed in the Residenza, a nice big room and we loved the bikes; a very easy and relaxed way to see Lucca.
