"An excellent little hotel situated right in the centre of the walled city of Lucca. The building and facilities are all brand new. Parking is on site and FREE. The staff are efficient, helpful and friendly. We were very impressed particularly by the buffet and FREE wet bar which is stocked throughout the day in the lobby. Breakfast buffet was comprehensive and is served on the terrace and was the first hotel in Italy we found serving hot English style breakfast scrambled eggs, bacon & sausage. One small thing that we had never seen before was fragrance added to the A/C in the public areas which made the whole hotel smell delightful. This was not in the bedrooms. My only slight complaint was that the Wifi did not work properly, however the staff allowed me to use the Consierge PC to book my flights. " - Ron Mowlam
