Take the Motorway from the airport in the direction of Funchal. Exit the Motorway where you see the sign FUNCHAL HOSPITAL. Continue until you reach a round-about. On your right you will see the main Hospital of Madeira, head straight down the hill until you reach the traffic lights. Cross over the main road (Avenida do Infante)and at the next crossing turn left onto Rua Imperatriz D. Amélia. Drive for about 300 metres and you should see a sign on your left "Aparthotel Imperatriz", turn left at the sign and WELCOME TO THE IMPERATRIZ. |
