Hotel is in excellent location ,next to Vesterort station and five minutes walk to the City Hall square right in the centre of activitirs, Hotel room is big and comfortable, provides tea and coffee facilities. We also had a small balcony with two chairs. We are very happy with our choice.
Nice hotel but ... I choose it for the parking for my car as the said on the net that they had parking available and that it would be arranged when I checked in. Just in case I emailed the night before about arrival time, but .. when I arrived there wasn´t any available parking and the big guy in the reception wasn´t really worried and said I could park in one of the public P-houses around downtown. That was just what I had wanted to avoid. Well, not much to do about it with a prepaid room, but I was not happy. Small room but clean. G
expensive, small room TV didn't work, bathroom small.bad service.the only good think was the location. I won't go there anymore.
A very convenient hotel for visiting the city. Staff at reception were helpful. The room was fine although small.
Very nice hotel. Absolut recommendable.
Comfortable room with reasonable amount of space. Location was great - walking distance to the town square. Like a lot of hotels in Copenhagen very expensive for just a room (no breakfast included)
It was an absolutely wonderful experience. It is highly recommended.
a nice hotel, but I expected more for the price paid... again, the room was rather small, and bathroom was just miniscule. It was a package called "Couples therapy" which included breakfast and a bottle of champagne on arrival. It was a challenge to feel romantic in a tiny space of the room, although the bed itself was quite nice size and good quality. Forget taking a bubble bath together. The bathtub was half-a-meter long, it only takes one and only vertically, lol! oh, well, who cares about the room when the city is SO FANTASTIC!!!???
It was a lovely hotel and we enjoyed it , Thanks.
Everything ok, just the mattresses too soft, or too used, uncomfortable.
The girl at the counter was very friendly and helpful showing me information more than I expected. Boys also helped me out to carry my heavy luggage to the taxi. I was so sorry that I did not have any tip for them since I didn't have changes only big notes.
Location of the hotel is good, within walking distance of city and good access to public transport. Initially disappointed with room, as it was fairly small, looked at a few other rooms but they were all similar. breakfast was good, good selection. Overall I was satisfied with this hotel and would stay here again.
Very central, clean, friendly staff. Rooms are very small and basic. Breakfast poor and not worth getting up for. Bar closes when staff decide, usually earlier than set time.
Stayed in the imperial for 4 nights last week. It is in an excellent location. On arrival we were given a twin room as we had booked however it was tiny.. We rang down to reception and they immediately sent a porter up to show us the room next door which was significantly bigger... Overall the staff were really good and helpful except for in the bar where we found the staff to be unhelpful and a little rude..
Friendly staff and excellent location for the Train Station and the City Centre.
Very satisfied with everything.
Sterile. No caracter. Boring. Small rooms and a lot of traffic noice. Recommend it only for thouse who want to stay over night and begone early next morning. A bit expensive but guess it has to do with the central location. It is not a family hotel, at all. G. Gunnarson
