"My 5 years old daughter and l (mother) decided to visit HKG disneyland during the one week school holiday in Singapore.This hotel was in a very,l repeat, very convenient location with the MTR just next door,bus-stops just a few steps away.Resturants,cafe and all kinds of shops were within walking distance too!! Great.
Room needs a new paint job though.Air-con is too noisy.However,the service staff were very helpful,especially the information and bell staff.
Internet charges are too expensive;(shouldn't it be free??)Nowadays, wireless is like part of everyday necessities;charging HKD$120 per 24 hours is outdated. Use the cafe a few blocks away.Good room rates for such a good location though.l would stay in this hotel again only if internet charges are waived.!!" - Jennifer Bee Hoon Lim
"The cleanliness of the hotel is bad, when step into lobby there is a strong oil smell. When in the room the toliet is dirty, the carpet is not clean and even worse there is bed bug in the mattress which cause my whole family with bite until now which is not recovered yet. " - Anonymous
