"Generally, an impressive hotel with "grandiose" external looks. Pity standard of room cleanliness is below par. Bathroom fittings (bath, toilet etc) are chipped, cracked and not properly cleaned. Carpets appear thread-bare and in dire need of a shampoo. Porters and bell boys maybe applauded for their courtesy and willingness to help. Reception on whole, is acceptable. A few naive receptionists should be told, it does not pay to fob off customers with childish excuses. I will continue to use it until another competitive or new 4 or 5 star hotel emerges." - Chung Tam
