"We checked-in at 2.30pm but waited till almost 4.30PM to get our 2 rooms. Was also told that there is only one room booked & not 2 rooms, although our booking shows 2 rooms. We were given 2 twin beds instead of 2 Superior Queen rooms. Room furnishing is very good & bed very comfortable. Only hotels' bathroom not up to 4 stars standards. There are also noises created by occupant on the upper floor. You can hear dragging of chair & high heel shoe walking around the room in the middle of the night. Floor are not carpeted, so it is very easy to hear such noise too." - David Tan Yew Huat

"At Sing $ 120 its great any more and there are a few hotels that are as good excellent facilities and just a nice place service great and rooms quite nice can be noisy due to the wooden floors but just depends if you have a herd of elephants above you work out the room number and call and give them some grief pretend to be reception who have received a complaint from the room below usually does the trick" - Stefan Salamon
