"We moved out of this hotel as soon as we could. The room was very musty smelling and very 'tired' and old fashioned. The hotel shuttle bus from the town didn't turn up on several occasions and we waited for an hour before it arrived. No tea or coffee facilities in the room and a very poor breakfast. There is little to no english spoken by the staff which made it very difficult to get anything changed. We didn't enjoy our stay here at all and moved to a small boutique hotel in Hoi An town for the same price and we were delighted." - Peter Warner
"We enjoyed this establishment and while the location was some way from the town centre, it was only a short walk to the beach. The hotel does run a regular shuttle to and from the town centre, but these are on a timetable and you need to plan your time. Staff are friendly and helpful. We would stay there again" - Robin Watson
"Hotel had no water pressures you could not open the windows.. very dark. They gave us an upgrade but it was not worth it .. no safe, no good tv channels.. no internet in the room.. I would recommend to stay in town ." - Anonymous
"We really loved Indochina. Ok, Rooms are a bit dark - it beats me why the shutters are combined with the glass, so you can't have the shutters open but windows closed. But the view is ideal, and the atmosphere of old Indochina is quite authentic. For an easy access top the sea/beach it's really good. We've stayed at [other hotel] - which is a fantastic resort just down the road on the beach - however - even though it is really beautiful - you can get this kind of "beauty" in any tropical country - perfect design perfect service, sea view, terraces and so on. Indochina felt more real. It was a trip back in time.
If you're after fantastic comforts - go to [other hotel], though it's about 150 - 350/day. If you after some sepia coloured memories that will soon disappear from the world - stay in Indochina. " - Anonymous
