Getting there:For private airport pickup, cost is THB 1,400/one way trip per car (max. 2 passengers). To book this service, email marisa@indrahotel.com and advise flight and credit card details. For less expensive alternative, you may try the Airport Rail Link SA City Line which runs from Suvarnabhumi airport to Ratchaprarop station, 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Fare is THB 150. Please check again at the airport for further information or check http://airportraillink.railways.co.th prior to your trip. A taxi from the airport is another alternative if travelling with many luggages. Besides the name of the hotel, please mention to taxi driver that the hotel is situated in the PRATUNAM area. Approx. traveling time by expressway in moderate traffic should be 40 min-1 hr .
Check-in Procedure:Please present booking confirmation voucher, valid credit card, and passport. Check-in time is after 14:00 Hrs. Occupancy of room until 18.00 hrs will be charged as half day and after 18.00 hrs as full day. Extra guest charge including rollaway bed is THB 800++ per night. I really enjoyed staying in Indra Regent Hotel in Bangkok. What I liked very much? Very swift check in and check out. On the check out day, bell captain came to my room on the 16th. floor within two minutes after my phone call.

the restaurant prices were expensive for the quality of food supplied. the exception was breakfast really good omelettes and abundent amount of food. the rooms were quite noisy due to the loadspeakers from the political protests. need to review their pricing for internet access 250b per hour is excessive far cheaper to get an aircard and sim 20hrs 107baht
We have stayed at this hotel many times but we would not stay again. The hotel put us in a poor room although they had on record it was for 2 people they only supplied one cup and saucer, one bottle of compementary water, the room you couldn't swing a cat round in and to get into and out of bed was almost a Houdini act. The breakfasts were very poor quality and when the cofee ran out with 10 minutes to go there were no refills. The safe was faulty and the emergency light was non existant. Following a lengthy argument they finally moved us to an acceptable room.
I have stayed here 4 times, THE best location for shopping and even my "fussy" mum loved it. I would never stay anywhere else!
The Indra Regent is a little worn these days but still offers a comfortable, clean room and a great location for shopping. The breakfast is lovely but other food offerings are ordinary and over-priced - you are better off eating at nearby locatiosn such as the shopping mall. Staff are great - very helpful and friendly. Other hotel services are also overpriced and there is no wifi or internet in your room. Again suggest using internet services nearby - chepaer and faster than hotel's.

Always enjoy staying at the Indra when I visit Bangkok. Excellent breakfast and a good location. Clean, modern rooms with everything you need. If you are interested in shopping look for the Platinum Shopping Centre which is close to the hotel.
Well situated for shopping. Breakfast was very good. Restaurants a little expensive compared to other restaurants.

Not top of the range but clean & in good location & fairly priced. Surrounded by markets, 7/11 store oppsite front door. Breakfast choices good.

I have stayed in this hotel a few times, I found that the room is quite big and the room is quite clean . Only the outside corridor is bit dirty. Transportation is good, shopping is very good except good food is difficult to find around the hotel. Breakfast is good. Next year I am definelty going back to stay at this hotel again.
