Getting there:From Termini Station guests can take the metro line A towards Battistini Terminal and after 3 stops get off at Spagna station. On leaving the train guests will be struck by the splendour of the Spanish Steps and from there should take Via Condotti followed by the next left, Via Mario Dè Fiori and walk for 100 metres until they find the hotel at number 11 on the same street, on the corner where it meets Via Borgognona.

The location for the hotel is perferct, you can have a view of spanish steps from the window. The room is very small and facilities in the room is old. If you expect a very good location and without staying in the room for too long time, this hotel can be recommended.
This hotel is strategicall located and very convenient to the shoppers for the world renowned brands. It is also 3 minute walking distance to the Spanish Steps. The reception peole are quite friendly and we have quite enjoyed. However, hotel is quit small and no elvators. We had to struggle with 3 big luggages to move upto 4th floors up & down. No facility except the breakfast room. For shoppers with small luggage and sight seeing, I recommend this hotel but not to people who want to relax utlizing the facilities. BUT I DID HAVE ENJOYED ROME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The accommodation on offer here will satisfy the needs of all guests in an atmosphere of quiet intimacy. The rooms are soundproofed, with tasteful and luxurious furnishings and timber, as well as high-quality linen, all modern conveniences and an ultra-slim plasma TV. Each also comes with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, as well as a direct dial telephone, Internet access, a mini bar, a mini fridge and tea and coffee-making facilities. Either a double or king-size bed, individually adjustable heating and air conditioning, a safe and some with a balcony or a terrace also come as standard.
Location is excellent, beware that there is no lift. Not suitable for people with walking disabilities. Nice, small clean rooms.

The hotel has a fantastic location, tucked away in a street just off the shopping dream of Via Condotti. The room was a good size with a little balcony, although hanging space and area for clothes was minimal. Breakfast was very basic and choice available was not quickly replenished. There was a small courtyard area on the ground floor of the hotel but no tables, chairs or anything! Something could be done with this even though it's small. Be warned, the hotel has no lift and lots of stairs... we were on the fourth floor, a bit of a hike! Price was reasonable as room booked at last minute availability, but I would not pay the recommemded price without some sort of discount. Location was best thing about it!
A simple hotel but given the standard in Rome it was clean and worth the money. NO LIFT!!!! Accomodation in Rome is like Paris and New York, never worth the money,however, compared to some of the pits in Rome, this is a nice stay.
