Inna Kuta Beach Hotel Bali

After being very disappointed with my original hotel (Legian Village Hotel) for the first week i went looking for a better one around Kuta. The only room left in Kuta was at Inna Kuta Hotel. I had 8 days in a Deluxe room and 2 days in a Junior Suite. This is when my holiday started. The staff was very friendly, rooms clean and spacious, view of the gardens were great and facilities very good. Located in prime position right on Kuta Beach and very close the large shopping centres such as Matahari & Centro and a short walk to Kuta Markets & Kuta Square. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to visit this island paradise.

Hotel in a very good location,backing straight onto beach and near all shops and resturants. Little bit run down but clean and believe a complete renovation is taking place in 2011. Value for money and would go again if renovations don't put prices up to much

This hotel is in a premium place in Kuta. You don't even need to cross a road to get to the beach, the swimming pool is huge and is just like the the 70's. photos. The hotel itself is unchanged since it was built which looks like sometime in Everything is clean and friendly, but if you are looking for the Ritz don't book in here. Lots of Australians book in year after year with their families.

before arriving in bali we requested a double bed and a newley refurbished room, (3 times by email), the hotel never replyed to any correspondance we sent.on arrival we checked they had received our emails and were told yes they had, all our rooms are refurbished and we dont have many double beds so you will have to have a twin room. got to our room it was not a refurbished room(neither were any of the other 9 rooms our party had booked) rooms were basic and no hairdryers were in them, on request we were given one between us. rooms do not have safes and had to wait 2 days for a saftey deposit box as they do not have enough for every room. bkfst and pool area was great. the location is fantastic if you are walking everywhere but if you want to taxi back to the hotel most of the taxis will not take you as the hotel is on the one way system.

The location was right on the beach in Kuta, very busy but convenient. The cottages were old, tired and poorly maintained. For the price I think it should have been better. Most staff were helpful, be careful with the free water they give you we thought the plastic bottled water was free but it is charged to you at the end of your stay. Would not stay there again.

We stayed at the Bali Gardens 2 years ago and loved it so was a bit apprehesive about Inna Kuta. We arrived to find our room (deluxe) very clean and fresh.Breakfast, Hotel service and location to beach excellant. I would recommend this accomodation to my friends the next time we go.

The hotel was good the only problem was there was a group of 20 young australians there who should of been at the Bounty. Too much noise at 3 am

I picked up a room on the top floor. No of outer units of Air conditioners have been installed in the corridore near this room, These machines generated a big heat ( about 60 degrees C) infront of the room which was really a huge discomfort when you come out of the room. Room A/C was also not good because of this heat. Management should look into relocating these machines into somewhare else.

This hotel is below 4 star rating, rooms very basic, as were services & facilities. Balconies but no balcony furniture, towels grey, very small bathroom, no hair dryer unless requested, air conditioners not cool enough, no tissues, clock, shampoo, face cloths etc. Breakfast limited choices, had to ask for water, more cutlery etc. Reception staff "serious" all other staff very friendly, pool quiet, good location.

As a family of 5 adults and two small children we found the hotel very good. The pool is large and included a kids paddling pool. We felt that the hotel was in need of an overhaul as a few tiles we missing from the pool (one member of the party cut his foot getting out). We had booked 2 standard triples as nothing else was available and we were very dissappointed with the rooms provided. We arrived very late in the evening and our rooms smelt damp, linen not spotless, and one of the bathroom toilets was leaking. The next day we were moved to better rooms with apologies from the management. Breakfast was very nice, staff very polite and friendly, and we enjoyed our stay there. Although expensive for what you got, we would stay there again. W Family, Perth, Australia

BEST THING ABOUT THE INNA KUTA BEACH HOTEL IS THE LOCATION! BY FAR. ROOMS ARE CLEAN AND STAFF ARE GREAT. WE HAVE BEEN STAYING THERE FOR MORE THAN 15 YEARS AND HAVE BEEN GOING TO BALI TWICE A YEAR FOR THE PAST 5 YEARS.

The floor in our unit appeared not to have washed during our stay Upon arrival the hotel attempted to charge me an extra $10 a night for the upgrade not requested by me, fortunatley i had kept a print of your email stating free of charge.

we enjoyed our stay very much the rooms were cleaned every day and the entire area around the hotel was kept beautiful. The staff were very freindly and keen to help at any time day or night. It is in a very central area and the pool, area was beautiful. There were a lot of families there while we were there and it was very pleasant. We would be happy to reccomend this motel to freinds and family.

The BEST location in Kuta - right on the beachfront with easy access to shopping, restaurants and Waterbom park. Bathrooms are a bit dated, but the location, pool and breakfast make up for it.

Inna Kuta beach is a great location, right on the beach and close to shops and restaurants. We found that the price had rose greatly from when we last stayed there (2 years prior) I think we are paying for the renovations. Had a pleasant surprise on my birthday receiving a lovely bunch of flowers, fruit basket and birthday cake.

Overall is good but a bit unlike is the breakfast, not so much choice.

The staffs are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is boring after only 1 day. Great location make up for it. Will consider staying there during my next trip.
