Upon arrival the hotel attempted to charge me an extra $10 a night
for the upgrade not requested by me, fortunatley i had kept a print of your email stating free of charge.

"we enjoyed our stay very much the rooms were cleaned every day and the entire area around the hotel was kept beautiful. The staff were very freindly and keen to help at any time day or night. It is in a very central area and the pool, area was beautiful. There were a lot of families there while we were there and it was very pleasant.
