The largest room I've ever stayed in, beautifully appointed and clean. Centrally located. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
Excellent location- with great views of the Alps and the Inn river. Right in the city centre and within walking distance of most sight seeing places of Innsbruck- easy access to public transport with buses and trams stopping right next to the hotel. The downside is, if you leave the windows open, there is quite a bit of noise in the night, with the traffic and drunk people shouting, and on closing windows, it was unbearably warm and stuffy. The staff- I wouldn't call them as very friendly, but they did their job. The breakfast was good. I would stay there again, as I had no major complaints

Excellent location (on the edge of the old town), large rooms, recently updated, great breakfast. Limited parking in an underground car park (using a vehicle lift). The garage cost an extra E14 but was worth it because of the convenience. There is no restaurant but there are plenty of good restaurants and cafes within a few hundred meters. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Fantastic location. Great room, comfortable beds, clean modern bathroom and quiet. Unfortunately, not enough time to partake in the range of amenities of the hotel.
Spent 2 weeks on a train journey from Rome, Venice, Innsbruck, Zurich, Milan and back again to Rome. This hotel is our favorite. Very clean; friendly staff; best breakfast; good location. keep it up......
Nice and clean, great location. My room was very small but ideal for my stay, even though I my room was by the lifts I still slept very well. I would recommend this hotel. However the price was a little expensive for what you got.

This hotel is nice and is centrally located. The Old Town Square and gold roof is just around the corner. The pillows are not comfortable however.
This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in while traveling in Europe during the last 23 years! They had a marvelous breakfast, good friendly staff and nice size room. the only suggestion is to get more comfortable mattresses.
If I go back to Innsbruck again I will definately stay here. Throughly enjoyed my stay and location was excellent. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

We really enjoyed our two night stay at Innsbruck hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and the hotel is extremely well located close to the old town centre and to local facilities, restaurants etc. Breakfast was excellent and included a range of hot food as well as the usual continental foods.

Our experience at this hotel was faultless. The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. The room and facilities were clean and well appointed. The buffet breakfast was impressive.
