Insotel Club Formentera Playa awarded the distinguished “Q” for quality by the Spanish Institute for Touristic Quality, is situated right on the splendid Migjorn Beach in Formentera. The complex has a central building, a group of studios and an annex at 250 m. The Club is air-conditioned throughout and has a reception area, Internet service, medical centre, minimarket, discotheque, gardens, 2 outdoor swimming pools and one indoor swimming pool for adults and children, beach and pool towel service (deposit required), Fitness Centre and Beauty Centre. The main restaurant, non smoking, has an extensive buffet. Gentlemen are obliged to wear long trousers at dinner. The grill pizzeria restaurant “Es Llaut” on the beach has an “à la carte” service. There is also a pool bar and a spacious lounge bar.

Service was erratic: some of the staff were excellent and would do anything to help, some of the staff were just gross ! Example : one morning when I was having breakfast, my place was taken from me although I wasn't finished with my breakfast. When making a remark I got some nasty comment back !
Many hotels are featuring free wifi service. I would like to see this hotel follow the trend. The internet is how many of us who travel alot are able to stay in touch with family and friends. I also think it would be great if the hotel had more information about the island.
