"Bar Stocks were very low. Empty botttles on shelf. Lift out of order had to drag cases to 2nd floor. First morning Staff forgot requested morning call for 8.30. We woke at 11 10. am had to take a taxi to appointment arrived late. Hope to stay there again for same price." - Geraldine Rodgers
