This hotel has lots of character. Stairs are steep so not ideal for young children or the physically less able (particularly those on the second floor). Hand held showers in the bath only and no shower curtains. Breakfast ok. Staff were very friendly and helpful with 1 exception. Cleanliness good. Would stay here again but would ask for a room on the first floor.
This is a great hotel for a family to stay in. A large room on the top floor overlooking the river is perfect for two adults and two children. It is in a quiet town and the hotel is 5 minutes' walk from a castle right on the banks of the Indre River.
Another very nice place to stay in a beautiful little town.
