"We stayed in the same hotel in April this year and asked the young man on duty if we could have extra pillows. When we arrived in November the same young man was on duty and remembered that we required extra pillows and had them ready for us. That is indeed good service. I cannot praise the gentleman enough, he is professional and efficient. That is the sort of thing that makes people return time and again.
