"I found out that the hotel had only the minimal amount of things available in the room. For the price I would have thought the hotel could have provided a kettle, coffee, tea, milk and sugar for travellers that arr late in the pm and leave on the am shuttle at 5:45am . You also say in your brochure that the shuttle was free, but they charged you on the way back. Considering I booked in about 11pm and had to leave at 5:45am the next morning to fit in with your shuttle, I found the room hot as it had no air-conditioning . I had to try 3 floors to find a Coke machine that worked. You have to bring everything with you apart from some all purpose soft soap for body and hair, or find a machine and purchase it. The staff was friendly enough and I got my wake-up call OK. That is about all I can say about it. It was clean enough apart from the bug in the shower, but I guess that comes with having to open a window for air and being on the ground floor." - Sandra Witt
