Stunning location, architecture and gardens, excellent beach with top sunset views and numerous pools around the grounds. Plenty of space to find a quiet spot. Few tourists and no hawkers on the beach - a big plus. Being right next to the famous fish/seafood warungs (cafes) on Jimbaran Beach is a big plus. we had a spacious room with a good balcony. The usual top class Balinese service.
Outstanding hotel. Buffet every night in front of the beach.
We enjoyed our stay at Intercontinental, the staff being very attentive and excellent feel and atmosphere. Only minuses the queues at breakfast and the hotel running out common spirits not even allowing them to make their signature drink. We had expected a hotel like Intercontinental to have some buffer stock. Would consider club room for next stay due to lounge access and less busy pool area. A beautiful private beach just outside hotel. Can highly recommend tepanyaki at the Japanese restaurant; the best we had in a long time.
Very beautiful hotel and situation but activtities are expansive.
Amazing location, secluded yet just 15mins by taxi to Legian & Kuta where all the action happens. Outstanding service. Havent met a more customer focussed staff. Fabulous rooms.
I spent a great deal of time searching for a place to stay in Bali, and after some we decided to stay at Intercontinental. The Club Intercontinental was amazing. The service was outstanding, the staff very friendly, and they were always willing to help. Paying a little extra to stay in the 'club' wing was well worth it. You have many exlusive benefits, and it made our stay very enjoyable. I would reccoment the 'CLUB INTERCONTINENTAL' to anyone wishing to have impeccable service set amoungst well maintaned grounds and with excellent facilities. I would also like to mention we stayed at [other hotel] in a "Club Room' after Intercontinental and the service didnt even come close to what we experienced at the Intercontinental. I would most definately go back to Intercontinental Bali, and highly reccomend it.
What a mind blowing hotel! Good points; *facilities *service *location. Points to Improve *price (it is Bali) *utilisation of staff Bali's greatest asset is her people & we felt the staff were kept at a distance as to not interrupt our stay. Intercontinental is the Bali trip minus the Bali experience - you HAVE to get out to see the country!!
an amazing hotel with excellent facilities and pools! we didnt want to leave!
A fabulous resort and absolutely the best service (I stayed at 3 high end places in Bali). Staff were very friendly, professional and went out of the way to help us. The facilities were very good (we stayed at the Singaraja club room) which offers small snacks all day. Breakfast was very good, the room ws fantastic and the gym was international. The spa exeprience was very good (go not to the hotel spa but their specialised spa the villa retreat). Will love to go back anytime.
