"I can't say enough to compliment the Intercontinential Hotel and its wonderful staff! The rooms are large and beautifully laid out with every complimentary imaginable... the bed was huge, soft and perfect! The staff was the deal clincher!!! The airport had misplaced our luggage after a delayed and incident packed flight we were drained and exhausted....from the minute we arrived at the hotel the concierge made it his business to locate and retreive our lost baggage. Amazing! All the staff speak brilliant English, the hotel is right on walking street we will stay nowhere else when we are in Chongqing." - Russell Halliday
