Great location. Large room with Rossio square view. Breakfast is great. Nice staffs. Good design. Recommend you all!
One of the best hotels I have had the pleasure of staying in during my many visits to Europe. Staff are pleasant and helpful and the facilities well above my expections. I strongly recommend a stay at the Internacional Design Hotel, Lisboa!
4 day stay, Awesome location, right in the heart of the city. Hotel was clean and comfortable; The Hotel staff were polite but marginally unfriendly, I got the impression from the staff we weren't "cool" enough to stay. On the topic of "cool" but of a different kind, there were problems with our air-conditioning on the second and third night of our stay, inquiries made to fixing the issue on our final night (as it was 30-C in the room after a particularly warm September day) was met with indifference, possibly because it was our final night. Adequate for a short stay, but I think we would have moved to a different hotel if our stay was any longer than 4 nights.
This newly renovated hotel is perfectly situated on the corner of the Rua Augusta and Rossio Square, right in the vibrant heart of the city (Baixa & Avenida, Alfama, Bairro Alto & Chiado). The stylish room was clean, attractively decorated and overall good value for money. Facilities were good inside the room itself, but the dining room was still under reconstruction, so breakfast had to be taken standing in a nearby coffee & pastry bar. Not quite what you would expect from a breakfast included single room that costs 60+ euros a night. (But it didn't bother me too much, since it permitted me to experience first hand how the locals breakfast. And let's admit it: the pastries in Lisbon are always superb!)
This hotel was cheap, and central. The breakfast was surprisingly good For the price and location you couldn't beat this hotel. If you are looking for amenities however, then look elsewhere. The beds were pretty hard and the room dated. But it was generally clean. No free toiletries. If you pick this hotel, you are picking it for excellent price and location.
Internacional Hotel has a superb location very close to everything in the city. It is a bit run down, but they are refurbishing now and that will bring it up to exellent standard. Very good breakfast. Friendly staff. I would love to come back.
A very good hotel considering what you can expect of a two star hotel. Excellent location!
This hotel is close to the best amenities of Lisbon especially to those people that enjoy a good restaurant and an active nocturnal life. I think this and the good rate compensated well the breakfast. If I had the opportunity to visit Lisbon again I’d take it over.
A perfectly situated low-budget hotel.
