International Garden Hotel Narita

A very quite room with great facilities and service and meals available. Only negative was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the lift area. Great value and wouls certainly recommend strongly. Cheers Brian

We stayed here for one night after a long flight from Los Angeles and the stay was nice. The room was a nice size for two people, comfortable, and clean. All in all it was a great stay to unwind.

Overall good place to stay before flying out from Narita. Close to Narita city as well for quick visit night before.

Short days staying will be acceptable, price abit lower will be much better

Hotel was a great choice for close to the airport. Rooms very roomy compared to other hotels in Japan. I loved the free laundry facilities on the first floor, definitely a bonus. Free airport shuttle stopped by 2 other hotels from the airport to the hotel (took about 20-25mins) but on the way back to the airport it only took 15mins. Free shuttle also took us to the mall in Narita, great for last minute shopping. We ate in town so unsure of restaurant in hotel. Overall great stay!!

Friendly, helpful and knowledgable english speaking front office.. free shuttle bus to Aeon, Keisei Station and Airport is also really helpful.. Love the garden window design inside the room :)

Greeting from Singaporean, the hotel is 15min's drive from Narita Airport. It is for those reaching Narita Airport at nights and departing at Nartia Airport in mornings. A shuttle bus service for picking up and dropping off those at Narita Airport and Narita City is available. Some staff can't speak English well. Fortunately, English-sepaking staff rushed to me and spoke well. This is a good move.

If anyone wants to stay for a short while other than going to downtown, then this is one of the choices as it has free shuttle to Narita station n Aeon shopping mall where you can spend at least a full day there, also taxi fare from hotel to Aeon centre is about yen1000 which is alright if you miss the last shuttle at 2105L. In addition, you can catch a public bus from Nartia station to Bon Belta shopping mall which is about 10 minutes ride n costs about Yen250.

Excellent staff assistance was offered. Luggage was held for us after check-out. Shuttle service is efficient and handy. There is plenty of peace and quite and nice views from hotel room.

Really clean and lovely hotel. Fairly close to Narita airport by free shuttle bus, just outside airport terminal.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were helpful and efficient and also friendly. They also spoke good English which made it very easy for us to communicate with them as we were unable to speak Japanese. We have a lovely stay at Narita and visited the local sights and it was an interesting journey to Tokyo from the hotel.

Good alternative when you have to stay overnight in the airport area without spending a fortune,

International Garden Hotel was very good clean staff were helpful there was only one thing I thought could be better and that was that the food in the restrant could have been served hotter other wise I would stay there again

The carpet in the room appeared to have an accumulation of dust. It was a quiet room. Pillows could have been softer. Breakfast was very good - choice was great. Possibly room rate could have included a basic breakfast.

The shuttle bus from Narita airport to the hotel is No.26 - which no one told us until we asked the local people at the airport. And the No. 26 shuttle bus did not go to the International Garden Hotel Narita. It goes to Excel Hotel and terminated there. The bus driver did not know any thing about going to the International Garden Hotel at all. There is a hotel, the Hilton Hotel, not far from Excel Hotel where we got down, but no sight of the International Garden Hotel. So we took a taxi from Excel Hotel to International Garden Hotel. Until then the hotel staff told us there is a free shuttle bus that connect from Hilton Hotel to International Garden Hotel. The taxi fare we paid was very expensive even for such short distance.

An old hotel, but consider well kept. Good to stay in if you just want a night to catch the next flight out of Narita.

Convenient hotel - a bit too far from Narita Airport. Bonus is that the hotel has a regular shuttle bus from/to the hotel. Hotel clean/restaurant a bit disappointing. .

This was an exceptionally quiet location, despite the airport being at Narita. Also, it is possible to go for a walk in nearby forest. Shuttle bus service (free) from airport is good.

Strongly recommended to people whose flights are in the early morning. Wonderful service.

We would not hesitate in recommending this hotel the service was excellent not speaking the language the staff were a great assistance the only thing we were disappointed with was the dining room but there are plenty of places to eat at Narita
