Ipanema Holiday Resort Gold Coast

I'm very happy with the service Hotel Club provided. We booked on line but needed the Hotel the same day, so the Customer Service phone guy, was extremely helpful making calls for us to the hotel, ensuring our booking was guaranteed. Ipanema was excellent and we will definitely being staying again.

The cleanliness and facility of room are good. But the location is a bit far from the restaurants & shops.

A very pleasant stay and should only get better once all the renovations, especially the restaurant are completed. Hope to stay longer next time around to better gauge all the available facilities.

Excellent room rate! Did not expect that the apartment would be so nice. Only complaint was that there was no toilet paper provided, but otherwise a comfortable and enjoyable stay in a convienient, secure location!

The staffs at the hotel are very nice and very helpful. The accomodation is clean and very comfortable.I would stay there again if I ever go back to the Gold Coast again from London!My friend and I have enjoyed our stay at the resort.

Clean, secure, close to amenities. Highly recommend this luxury apartment. Although the queen bed we slept on was hard. Our 3 days vacation was enjoyed due to this comfortable apartment.

Very convenient place reasonably priced. Foxtel was a bit misleading as only fox sports was available.Car park was good. An internet station at lobby was very useful. Would use this place again.

Didn't have a restaurant like it said in the brochure. Thought the manager on the front desk could've been friendlier. Reasonably good location.

This resort hotel is great! It's out of the noise of Surfer's Paradise but still close enough to walk there. Room was spotless and tastefully decorated with everything provided (except a potato peeler) and the amenities are fantastic. Greta hated pool, gym, sauna and spa and bbq area/gardens. I will be staying here again when I'm next on business.

Great location and price. Excellent facilities, pool area etc. Only criticism is bedspreads and lounges etc needed cleaning/dry cleaning, they didn't smell clean (sheets were though). Kitchen etc lovely and clean. Good views from balconies. Would stay there again.

Excellent place to stay, with full amenities within the apartment itself. The 2-room apartment was spacious and overlooking the swimming pool and the beach. Security of the apartment building was also good. Only disappointment was that the building was close to the highway which was quite noisy at times but overall very satisfied with the apartment.

I found Ipanema a very lovely unit, just what i needed. I was looking forward to week away from the real world and thats what i got. thankyou very much

We satyed in the 2 bedrooms, and everything was fantastic! The service of the reception staff was ok.

Great affordable place to stay with all amenities, had a fun stay especially once we worked out how to use the lift properly.

Staff were very efficient courteous and helpful.

We booked a two b/rm apartment as two couples and were pleased to receive adjoining one b/rm and studio apartments. The rooms were very nice with stunning views of surfers paradise (city and beach). The downside to our experience was the facilities. The kitchenette in the studio apartment would have been better served with a microwave rather than a stove with no pots or pans provided to use on it. Also, for one whole week the bbq was out of order and there was only 1 lift working (in a 17 floor building). All things considered, our stay was only slightly dampened by these few things and overall we had a good time. We would consider using them again if their prices remain reasonable.
