It is built in a hillside and all the apartments have beautiful
views over the sea and the marina.
To access the rooms we have a panoramic lift with amazing
views over Puerto Rico.
Security service in the daytime and at night.
The reception is located in the high area of the complex and
it is open 24 hours.
All of them have livingroom, kitchen-dinning room, bathroom,
bedroom and terrace. The apartments have
safety deposit box to rent in the recepcion.
Living room: Sofa bed, Tv with channels in different
languages and direct line telephone.
Kitchen: all of them were refurbished in 2004 and have
cooking utensils, toaster, coffee-maker and kettle.
Bathroom: refurbished in 2004 with shower tray and bath
screen.
Bedroom: with twin beds and views over the sea.
Terrace: with table and chairs and drying area.
All of them have views over the sea.
Towel change on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

"Perfect for a week away in the sun, nice views of the Marina, only 10-15 min walk from town, easy parking, cushions on sun loungers!! All for a very cheap price. Rooms were cleaned nearly everyday and staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend if you're after basic accommodation that's clean and convenient." - Anonymous
