Getting there:
With Car :Autoroute A12 Exit "Sarzana", follow Via "Aurelia" for 7 Km in "Carrara" direction. Turn Left after "Molliciara" in via Palvotrisia after 0,8 km turn right in via "Olmarello", after 0,2 km turn left in "Via dei pini" after 0,1 km turn left in "via delle vigne" and follow the hill street named "via degli Ulivi"

Good place, romantic cotteges with view to the sea but need to be refreshed. It is not easy to find, you will need seven sense! Location is good but as we visited this place in October restoran and bar was closed, also all food services near hotel was not working therefore you need to take food with you. One heater was not working in the bedroom therefore it was cold a little bit trough night. We would like to have better parking because road is tine in the mountains! Overall nice place for those who like nature. After refreshment of all roads, stairs and parking it would be good.

You need a GPS to find your way up the hill! We stayed in November, it was very quiet but the restaurant was closed. Since there is a kitchenette, we bought groceries and cook our meals. We were 4 adults, and would recommend the place.
