"No-frills accommodation, but in an excellent location, better than the train station area where so many budget hotels are located. Easy walk to most sights. If you don't expect the Ritz, and if they quote you a good price, this is an OK place to stay." - Joel Cohen
"Mind you, some of the rooms dont have toilets and you maybe forced to share (if you get the econmy room). fantastic location but they make the most of their location by pricing rather high. Venice is hard ot find accomodation and most of the other things are expensive too (esp travel on the water bus). this hotel only serves bread/spreads, tea, coffee and juice for breakfast so beware!" - Anonymous
"Super location, just off St Thoma waterbus stop, take a left then a right and it's on the corner, no need to haul luggage over canals. On top of that it's only ten minutes walk from P. San Roma if you take a direct route.
It's very clean. It's old though, but it is Venice, so the rooms aren't luxury, but you're not in Venice to check out the standard of hotel rooms. It's slightly overpriced, but so is everything in Venice, except Traghettos (gondolas that cross the river, 50c!) and the views. So prive wise it's cheap for Venice. Be aware of flooding in Venice between November and April at the wrong tides." - Anonymous
"Very simple place but clean and the rooms have all "basic" facilities. It is very well located. I recommend this place." - Anonymous
