Getting there:Take exit 93 off the Pacific Motorway. Southbound travellers turn right into Guiness Creek Road & 2nd Right into Coolgardie Street. Northbound travellers exit on to K.P McGrath Drive & follow to 2nd set of traffic lights, turn right into Guiness Creek Road & 1st right into Coolgardie Street.
Check-in Procedure:Arrivals after 6pm on weekdays and 5pm on week-ends & public holidays, will need to use the after hours phone, located on the right hand wall at the entrance to reception. Please call in at reception to register on the following morning.
Car parking:Each apartment has its own lockup garage. Vistors car parking available in designated areas throughout the resort.
Child Policy:Children 2 years & under in their own cot are free of charge.
extremely magnificient place for a family holiday
My only complaint was the lack of pots & bowls in the kitchen and the unit was tired looking and a bit grubby. Otherwise it was fine

Perfect location for a family with transport to enjoy the gold coast on a budget.
My family and I like the hotel very much and will stay there again in our next trip to Brisbane.
We had an excellent holiday here - lovely heated pool, the kids loved it. Accomodation wonderful as was the setting. We hope to return soon!
Huge, ultra clean 3 bedroom unit (and we only booked for 2!), within walking distance of shopping center. Maintenance could be improved with several little things not working. Main 2 problems, though, were no Internet access (when told there was: it was only an Internet kiosk, no modem or wireless connection for our laptops), and the noise. It's like living in a densely packed housing estate - constant cutting of palm trees and other trucks, etc. Good value for family on holiday, not business people.
Great break away. Facilities and location meant that we never had to leave the resort. Very close to major shops which means after you have all your supplies, you just sit back and relax! Kids loved playing in the canal, making sand castles and feeding the pelicans and fish. My husband even hand fed some beautiful parrots! We will definately be back.
Quite relaxing resort, with plenty of activities for the kids, very close to the shops and friendly permanent residents who make you feel welcome.
Great value for the money. It was very spacious and all self-contained with secure car parking. What a bargain for a 3 bedroom, 4 star apartment.
The greeting we got when we arrived was very warming. The people were nice, the surroundings were peaceful, and with the shopping centre across the road is perfect. All within walking distance to entertainment. My husband and I didn't want to leave. Thank you and we will be back and have told lots of people about hotel
The apartment sizes are good, and well appointed, The development, situated on a man made island is pleasantly relaxing. The pools are small, but there are two tennis courts, a restaurant and bar with the Pines mall on your doorstep. At the sleepier end of the Gold Coast, it's not the place to go for party central. It is however a good bet though when travelling with the family and if you have a car to get around.
I'll stay there next time as well....
Nicely designed and laid out. Efficient arrival check in even after hours. Close to the motorway which is valuable.

Accommodation was clean but perhaps getting a little tired. However, I would consider staying there again.
