"Location is fantastic, just next to the Pavillion shopping centre and also Bukit Bintang Walk.
I checked into the hotel at 5pm and my room was not ready and I was asked to wait at the bar for 45 mins where I was only offered juice and non-alcoholic drinks to bide the time. When I eventually got my room key, I had been "upgraded" to the club floor, only I was not permitted to use any of the club facilities!
The room itself was very spacious but was old and quite rundown with wallpaper peeling off the walls, tiles needing replacing etc.. Even the mini-bar was not functional.
Several times my request for extra towels/room make-up were not followed through and in general the hotel felt like it was understaffed.
However, the hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
This hotel describes itself as 5 star - which may have been the case 10-20 years ago, but now I would say it is only a 3-3.5 star due to it's need for maintennence.
