IStay Precinct Adelaide Apartments

Although located just inside the CBD, the stop for the free bus loop no. 99C is just 50m down the road so it is very convenient if you want to explore the city centre. Ideal for families who want to stay together rather than in a hotel where interconnecting rooms are not always available. Great for those who occasionally like to cook a family meal. Will defiinitely stay here again if visiting with the familiy or group of friends

This apartment met my needs. While not totally central it was a short walk from Rundle Mall and eating areas within easy walking distance. We were on the 17th floor which was lovely and quiet. The rooms and beds were nice. The kitchen well equipped. Really couldn't find much wrong at all and a good price.

Happy with everything. Close to Gouger Street and easy weekend parking on the street.

Reception staff were very helpful, the location is central and the facilities modern. We would happily return here.

The apartment was very good, great location, great facilities; easy to park & bring luggage to our room. Balcony was good and a decent size with decent size outdoor setting. Fridge was good size .Furniture was all comfortable. Staff, especially Paul in reception was extremely helpful. Only one small negative ; not enough glasses, only 1 wine glass, 2 champagne glasses and no beer glasses.

New complex with great facilities. Well placed. A littler further from the fast food spots but you do have cooking facilities. Bed was very comfortable and the balcony was a welcome addition.

Reasonable apartments. Location not bad but hard to get a cab from here. Don't know if that's an adelaide specific issue. Staff were generally helpful. Rooms are of newish quality standard.

Excellent apartments particularly for a longer stay. Car parking well-priced. Great restaurants within walking distance. Good facilities in the rooms. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone.

What could you say further to further compliment a spacious 2 bedroom up-grade! Herpful front desk. After a camping tour of Flndrs Ranges & Lake Eyre it was great to luxuriate in the pool n sauna. Nearby to Central bus station(for free local bues also airport bus stop) and markets & Chinatown. A bit pricy for my usual but by being able to take up on the special offers of the premises and Hotel Club it came back down and I enjoyed the stay. The self contained kitchen n laundry valuable for longer stays - In the sky room I was in you felt like lord of the manor. Well done all.

We enjoyed our stay at this Apartment, lovely view with closed in veradah with opening sliding windows. The secure undercover parking is a bonus. The Apartment was well furnished and clean. Checking in was quick and convenient. We would recommend the Oaks Precinct for comfortable, modern accommodation.

The apartments are clean, modern and in a good position on the edge of the city centre. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. The only problems I encountered were a blown globe over the bathroom mirror which was reported on day 2 of our 6 night stay but it was never replaced. Also on day 2 I requested a plug for the 3 sinks in the apartment but it was never received. On my departure I again reported these problems and was assured Housekeeping would fix them - I wonder if they did. It would also have been very helpful if there had been a compendium in the room - printed information supplied on arrival indicated that if we didn't want the room serviced we should put the Do Not Disturb sign on our door - but we didn't have a Do Not Disturb sign. It would have been helpful to me if there had been instructions for using the washer/dryer and the dishwasher in the apartment.

It was a very pleasant quiet stay. It has everything you need for long or short term stay such as washing machine, dryer, oven and dishwasher. Very close to Chinatown and City central and located very quiet area.

Newly designed apartment with new appliances. Very comfortable room, kitchen and balcony area. Convenient to get to anywhere (in city centre). Helpful receptionist. Very nice stay indeed... Would definitely stay there again if we go back to Adelaide.

Ideal for a couple of nights or weeks. Quite small for a long, long stay. No restaurant attached but many fine restaurants within an easy walk on Gouger Street. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Excellent although I was only there for a few hours sleep. Will certainly look for these apartments again.

Great apartment, stayed there for 2 days, the outside looks non descript, but inside is great!
