Getting there:From the Airport - catch the Airtrain to Central Train Station. Coach transport to the front door. Taxis from any location. Driving and coming from the South - take the Margaret Street exit from the M1 expressway. Follow this along then turn onto Albert Street - the property is situated at 79 Albert Street. Driving and coming from the North - follow sings/directions to Gold Coast and take Margaret Street exit from M1 expressway at the city. Follow this along, turn onto Albert Street and the property is situated at 79 Albert Street. The car park entrance is on Mary Street. Please contact reception on the intercom by the car park entrance to gain access to the visitor car park.
Check-in Procedure:Reception is open from 6am till 10pm Seven days a week. Photo ID and Credit Card authorisation will be required upon check in. Please advise hotel prior to arrival if you require check-in outside these hours
Car parking:Please note that secure car parking is available for an additional cost of $20 per night for cars under 2.1 meters in height. We are unable to accommodate any vehicles over 2.1 meters due to height restrictions of the car park. Spaces are limited and must be booked in advance direct with the hotel.

Stayed 5 days at the apartments - a great location just 3 blocks from Queens St Mall, lovely modern full kitchen and comfortable bed. When I requested 2 items missing from the apartment help was prompt and friendly and no trouble. A pleasure to stay there
Very clean and well priced
We had a lovely apartment and the staff were friendly and helpful. The apartments are designed for self sufficiency so there is no room service but we were provided with quick action by the maintenance staff when we had a problem with the dvd player.
Very comfortable, spacious rooms for an enjoyable stay.
Overall Great location, unit was a little dirty floor still had food on the floor. Great as an apartment but not like a hotel as we stayed for a week and the rooms dont get cleaned. Cot Hire was overpriced we could have purchased a new one for what they charged us for a week.
The fit out is a bit dated and the apartment I had could do with a really good clean. The property has good potential. Location is great
Apartment itself & location all great. The complaint was the smell of the floor of our apartment - like old rubbish. We had to run from the lift to our apartment holding our noses, and it got worse during the heat of the day. And couldn't leave the light/expelier on in the bathroom for long or the smell would come into the apartment itself.
I found the staff were unhelpful and seemed to be umprofessional. The apartment was quite nice although needed a good scrub in bathroom. Great location though.
We were on the 27th floor,with a balcony.The position of the hotel was brilliant , easy walking distance to everything. The was king size and very comfortable.All the facilities were good,making our stay enjoyable.
Great location to Myer Centre and Mall. Good kitchen facilities only drawback is parking to book in not available. Will definetly stay here again
The service desk provided very poor instructions and directions for parking. No link from visitors car park to lobby meant a dangerous walk back along the vehicle entry. And inconvenient separation between lobby and lifts. In addition, pricing for parking should be advertised on booking websites.
Great CBD location.
The balcony was good and very spacious however it was right next to an office building and everyone at their desks could see us if we were outside - not much privacy. the clothes dryer did not even work - very inconvenient. good location though and lovely ladies at reception.
Like all Oaks apartments, parking can be a pain if another car is parked in your allocated spot. Overall though, these apartments are well appointed and nice and close to everything, 10 minute walk to the mall and a 20 minute walk to South Bank and Convention Centre. The price was a little high, but understandable given it was the Riverfire weekend. Also, remember to take your own coffee, teabags and sugar. The hotel only supplies 4 sachets of each. More are available for an extra $2.50, but there's a terrific coffee place right across the road.
Wonderful location with great views from our 30th floor apartment and close to all facilities and attractions. Excellent accommodation with two bedroom, two bathrooms and comfortable king size beds. Would be hot in summer as air con only in the living area. However, it was perfect for spring weather. Need to pay attention to a few small details e.g. bedroom light not working (but there were lamps) but they did not detract from the enjoyment of our stay.

exellent location every convinience that you needed was in the apartment good city views and glimpses of river. staff very helpful good securety . not recomended if you have a car as parking is very expensive, but to be expected in the heart of the city.lots of eating places very close by.close to rail would stay there again .
The carpet in the dining area was in need of a dryclean. Soap holded loose in the shower failing to hold the soap. I would have liked the towels changed each 2nd day and indicated this when booking in. This did not occur. Even with these miner items my stay was very enjoyable.
Great location beautiful 2 bedroom room on 35th floor. Quiet with comfortable bedding. Hard to park to book in only problem and 20 a night to park. Would recommend and stay again.
We found the facilities to be very basic considering it is a 4 star. We had no shampoo and no hairdryer. We understand that if we needed additional supply we had to pay, but we did not even get the complementary supply. The front reception was very friendly.
