"The Positives of the hotel is that it was a great location with only a 5 minute walk to the subway, shopping and restuarants. Also it was in a more quiet end of Itaewon plus it had great views of the city. Also the staff was very polite, helpful and spoke good English. The Negatives of the Hotel is that the restaurant was closed while we were there and is closed till Dec 2008, No ice machines, the beds were Rock Hard, the air conditioner poorly worked and basically the Hotel is in desperate need of a renovation to update things and make them look newer and not so dated. "Great location on the quiet, little Tokyo, side of Itaewon. The staff speaks good English. The higher floors offer a great view of Seoul's Han River. The rooms are a bit dated, but ok for the price. Great restaurants nearby too." - Starvonsky Gibbs Katharine Pease
