Izan Hotel Avenue Louise Brussels

The hotel staff is great. I arrived on an early flight and the front desk personnel promptly checked me in as a room was vacant and available. The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood.

in a quiet location a little away from the main tourist attractions but within easy reach of tram/metro. A good base for business or tourist visit. Comfortable accomomadaton. Did not have breakfast-plenty of alternatives nearby. Good value through HotelClub.

Very good option if you have to be Avenue Louise -area. As there are NO air-conditioning, summer time may be too hot to stay there. Otherwise nice.

I stay at this hotel quite frequently as I regard it as providing good value. The only drawback for non-smokers is that, despite offering 'non-smoking' rooms, those rooms sometimes smell of old tobacco.

It was a comfortable and clean hotel.

The hotel is in a quiet area just off Avenue Louise which is lined with designer shops. The tram stop is about 100 metres away and the Metro Station about 150 metres. The Eurostar Station is only a few stops away on the Metro. The 3 day ticket for €9 was good value and gives access to Metro, tram and bus services. The Grand Plas is about 20 minutes by Metro. The staff are very helpful and check-in was straight forward. The room was good with an en suite bathroom although the bath was small. It was well equipped with digital television carrying stations from all over Europe, a mini bar and a safe. Breakfast were typical buffet style with a good selection of dishes available. The serving staff were very diligent. Altogether a pleasant hotel and one we would be happy to use again.

Bathroom was nicely decorated and well-equipped but very small and access to the toilet was quite tight. Toilet seat was cracked.

The room was cold because the heating was not turned on and I could not find the radiator! Otherwise I enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

Excellent service, delicious buffet breakfast - only minus is that there are no trouser press in the room.

My room was at the back of the hotel and you can hear quite a lot of noise, it did not disturb me though. Cleanliness and condition of the room was not that great for a 4* hotel, a bit disappointed.

Room (mine at least) did not have an air-conditioning and after a sunny day my room was almosta like a sauna.

The front desk clerk was very cordial. As neither I, nor my guest, speak French well, the fact the personnel speaks English is a plus. As the room we booked was quite low in pirce, we were pleasantly surprised with the condition of our room. It exceeded our expectations. The furniture and wall decor were not the typical bland furniture to be found in many hotels, which helped the room come across elegant. The bathroom/toliet was inlaid with a beautiful tile. Free coffee and tea! Free map of the city! 6 different pillow types to choose from! (This I have never seen!) The only drawback to this hotel, breakfast is NOT included and is quite pricey (12-22Euro!)

The refrigerator in the mini bar did not work. I,d asked the reception to get it fixed, but nothing happened. One day the number of towels were not adequate. I got only one towel.

Nice and quiet hotel (at least rooms I have stayed in) with good breakfast and friendly personnel.

Nice service, disappointing internet facilities. Parking was charged at 14€ per night. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a nice size. Breakfast was good.

There was mold in bath corner and behind the curtains on the upper wall corner. :S

Only bad thing is the crazy price for internet connection.
