We are a student house.
We have seventy rooms with capacity for at least 114 beds, in 12 flats.
Each flat has got at least 3 bathrooms in the corridor and there are 11 rooms with bathroom inside.
Our student house has a big dinning room with capacity for 80 people and it is always attended by three girls serving the customers.
The prices have been designed for a person who is searching for a comfortable and clean place well kept and attended, office is attended during all the night for the custumer and for the safety of everybody. Staff is young (30 years average) highly motivated and with a deep sense of service and attention for the customer.
Familiar is the word to resume the atmosphere in our guets-students house.

Find the logo of our Guest House there is where we are, and take bus number 2 from alameda principal to come here.
ask the driver for the Ford car rental - dealer "Jarauto" in Ciudad Jardin in front of Polideportivo Ciudad Jardin.
And a taxi would cost you between 4-6 Euros Bus and Railway Station.
