This cosy, 5 bedroom, cottage style lodge is a charming waterfront haven which is approximately 10 minutes drive from the city of Rotorua and away from sulphur fumes. Set in idyllic surroundings and nestled on the shores of Lake Rotorua, it will take your breath away! A nature lover and fisherman's delight, offering sunny open-plan living with views straight out to Lake Rotorua and Mokoia Island. Whether you come for a long or short get-away, you will love the peace and tranquility of Troutbeck Lodge. The lodge offers one deluxe lake view guest room with en-suite bathroom, one lake view studio with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom and a garden suite with two bedrooms and one bathroom. A combination of these rooms/suites will give private accommodation to groups of 4, 7 or 11 guests. Feel at home in the large shared guest lounge and relax on the deck to capture the amazing lake views. We are on the bus route, 15-20 minutes to the city centre. Help yourself to complimentary *continental breakfast and all day refreshment provisions from the kitchen (*Deluxe and Garden Suite ONLY unless the whole lodge is booked). Go fishing - a 2 minutes walk to the renowned Waiteti Trout Stream. You can be collected for a scenic flight from the jetty, free use of kayaks, barbecue area, hot spa and playground. Office is open from 8am to 7pm daily and manager lives on-site. |

Turn left off State Highway 5 at traffic island to Ngongotaha. Travel through the Ngongotaha village, after crossing railway tracks take 2nd turning right on to Waiteti Road, continue towards lakefront and turn right onto Arnold Street and to Waiteti Lakefront Resort Motel and Troutbeck Lodge.
Travel from Rotorua Airport - Shuttle from airport (NZ$35 for the vehicle for 1 person and $3 per person extra - 20 minutes).
Taxi from Rotorua Airport (approx NZ$30 for 1 - 4 people - 20 minutes).
Regular Bus service to city operates every 1/2 hour $2. |

If you arrive when the office is closed, please call us from the telephone (Press 0), located in the laundry at Waiteti Lakefront Motel in between units 4 and 5. |

Free off street parking available outside lodge for cars and there is plenty of room for boats and trailers at the rear of the property. |
