Getting there:
Turn left off State Highway 5 at traffic island to Ngongotaha. Travel through the Ngongotaha village, after crossing railway tracks take 2nd turning right on to Waiteti Road, continue towards lakefront and turn right onto Arnold Street and to Waiteti Lakefront Resort Motel and Troutbeck Lodge.
Travel from Rotorua Airport - Shuttle from airport (NZ$35 for the vehicle for 1 person and $3 per person extra - 20 minutes).
Taxi from Rotorua Airport (approx NZ$30 for 1 - 4 people - 20 minutes).
Regular Bus service to city operates every 1/2 hour $2.
Check-in Procedure:
Please advise time of arrival.
If you arrive when the office is closed, please call us from the telephone (Press 0), located in the laundry at Waiteti Lakefront Motel in between units 4 and 5.
Car parking:
Free off street parking available outside lodge for cars and there is plenty of room for boats and trailers at the rear of the property.
Child Policy:
Children under 12 welcome if the whole lodge is booked.
