A comfortable stay in a quiet, convenient location. This was our second visit, and we would happily stay there again.

Nice studios with kitchenette, even dish-washer! Very calm area with large villas near large park with dam and play ground and the European institutions but not close to city center and no shops (incl food) around nereby.

A superbly located and appointed hotel. Good value for money when booked through [your website]. Room facilities excellent. Breakfast a little disappointing (tinned fruit, boxed concentrate juices) but adequate as included in our room rate.

The hotel is officially rated four stars, but I would rate it three stars. The level of the room size and furnishing and of the breakfast buffet correspond to a three star hotel. The location is quite far from the town center and the next bus or tram station is a good 15 minutes walk away. The location is convenient if you come by car. One advantage is that there is a built-in kitchenett with microwave oven, in case you want to cook for yourself.

Our room was an enormous modern apartment with a kitchen which was much more than we expected. This hotel is located a long way from the centre of town and requires a tram and bus trip to get to, but once you understand the transport system it is easy. Breakfast was not pleasant. Food was okay but far too many people for such a small breakfast room, hard to get a table and everyone was climbing over each other to get to the food before it ran out. Service did not match the quality of the room.

Nice, clean hotel and good service. (Specially the Christmas decoration was so pretty!) If there were hot meals in the breakfast buffet, it would be better.

I enjoyed my stay. The Bach residence was very nice for my needs. I had a triple, though i was only one person. This gave me a stove, microwave, and refigerator. I didn't do any cooking, but used the facilities to have 'lunch time' foods on hand. The Resdience is abut 15 ins from Louis Pasdteur University, which is a nice, easy walk. That wss my objectice in Strasbourg. I had good wirelss access in the lounge-lobby, but not in the room, neither wireless, ethernet or even a phone connection. The lobby tended to be too warm for long term computer work, though my room's AC was fine. The Italian restaurant next door was very convenient, as were the two restaurants in the Orangerie park, one a four star type and the other, a reasonable restaurant and terrace associated with the bowling alley. There is a grocery store a block away. Downtown is about a 25 min walk. Tth breakfast was fine, while catering to diverse tastes. I do not recommend a car in Strasbourg.

The only issue for us was that we were travelling by train and public transport, this hotel was a 10 minute walk from the nearest public transport.

Front desk staff relaxed and efficient, no dramas. Apartments clean, spacious, well equipped. Breakfast okay and plentiful. Residential area location, diagonally opposite a park , more convenient if travelling by car. Pricing probably seasonal, like at most hotels. Confirm comments and ratings from others. Very clean and comfortable hotel with plenty of class. Nice rooms with balconies and we enjoyed our breakfast. Nice location near a large park, walk across the park and get the bus (regular) into the city centre from the main road.

Great Hotel, 10 walking minutes away from European institutions. Very good breakfast with variety of French cheese, nice and secure surroundings, next to a great park (Orangerie). Staff very helpful, foreign languages are not a problem (this can't be said for all French people). It is a great hotel for business travellers and families. But if you want to get to the old city centre, forget walking, it's too far away. Luckily, cabs are a phone call and few minutes away. Additional services are a bit expensive. A great hotel and we recommend it to all.

Very nice staff, quiet location (near park d'orangerie) with a massive clean room, and a great breakfast. The internet computer in the lobby was free, and the staff went out of their way to be helpful.
