"This hotel is located close - though not actually adjacent - to Auckland Airport. Like all the airport hotels there, you need to get a shuttle bus to the hotel itself, taking about 10 minutes. Be very clear about the pick-up place as the airport layout is confusing: there are two sets of exits with the same numbers, depending on whether you are in the 'Air NZ' area or the 'Qantas' area of domestic arrivals, as well as a separate international arrivals terminal.
Staff at the hotel are very helpful and friendly, and the hotel won lots of extra points from me for having fresh milk (not horrible plastic minipots) in the mini-bar fridge to use for tea and coffee. Lovely restaurant with imaginative food and a good wine list - maybe a little pricey for those about to leave the country and counting their last dollars. " - Anonymous
"Parking was a problem. The car park was full and parked cars extended virtually the entire length of the long drive. As the weather was inclement, this was not a good attribute. The incentive of free storage of cars whilst partons are elsewhere is good but there should be a designated area for storage to allow easy access to the car park for those who require access to their vehicles. Jet Park Airport Hotel & Conference Centre, formerly known as Jet Inn Hotel, is situated 5 minutes from Auckland International Airport. It is an independently owned and operated Qualmark rated 4-Star hotel. The hotel was built 8 years ago with 90 rooms and then in July 2004 a further 45 new deluxe rooms were opened.
Jet Park hotel caters for both the corporate and leisure traveller. Our goal is to be much more than just an airport stop-over.
