We had excellent service and as we visited Shaoxing for the 2010 World Choir games the location was perfect. The only problem was the English spoken at the Hotel - a four star Hotel should have at least one person who could distinguish the difference between a train and bus ticket ! We nearly missed our transport to Shanghai because of the fact that nobody of the personel could help us!!
