"If you like charmless mass hotel, this works fine. Don't let the photos fool you into thinking this is anything but a big soulless place. The worst thing about this place is the service of staff at all levels. Don't expect courtesy or even helpful gestures - forget about anyone "going out of their ways" to introduce you to this wonderful country. " - Anonymous
"In my opinion, this hotel does not deserve a 5* rating.
1. No tea/coffee facitlities in room
2. Quality of food in the restuarant not that good
3. On two occasions no towels left in room by cleaners
4. Air conditioning not working too well
There is also quite a lot of refurbishment of the rooms taking place so it got quite noisy after about 9am - this was not indicated on the web site when booking." - Anonymous

Drive towards downtown of Fez. At Avenue des FAR, turn left at the traffic lights and take a left turn at the next traffic lights into the Avenue Ahmed Chaouki. Drive for a few hundred metres, and you will see the hotel on the left hand side. |
