"This is a fantastic 3 star hotel in the wrong location. If you have a car, its fine. If you need to take the circumvesuviana (train), its a bit of a walk through a really dodgy area. This is the only hotel in the area amongst residencial run down buildings.
The hotel itself is excellent. Rooms are new and the service is excellent. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Just a shame about the location. " - Bllal Haniff
"The location of the Joyfull Hotel is the problem. We were warned by railway staff and the police about the advisablity of staying in that area when seeking directions to the hotel. The area is remote from Naples and incredibly dirty...litter and debris everywhere. The hotel itself is new and very comfortable, but the location was off putting. " - Anonymous
